We Do Not Accept Bookings
From All Male Or Female Groups.
A
20% deposit is required to secure the
booking. Balance payable in full 8
weeks before departure.
£150.00
security deposit is required to cover breakage’s, damage to the premises or
contents and any exceptional cleaning costs that may be deemed necessary.
This is REFUNDABLE after your holiday, once we have received the keys at
the address on the booking form by
Special Delivery Mail.
Numbers
must be stated on the BOOKING FORM - excess
will not be allowed.
Any
CANCELLATION must be in writing - THE
EFFECTIVE DATE of cancellation is the date that your written cancellation
reaches us at our address on the booking form.
If cancelled less than one month before departure date then there is no
refund unless the home can be re-let, then 50% is refunded.
The
owner accepts no liability whatsoever for personal injury, accident, loss or
damage of persons or personal effects however caused.
The
client MUST arrange their own personal insurance, a figure of £1 Million cover
for medical expenses is the norm,
and is very reasonable.
The
keys will be forwarded to you by Special
Delivery letter 1 week prior to your departure.
The
property will be ready for your stay by 4pm, and MUST BE vacated by 10.30am on
the day of departure.
