Fully equipped for 8 to 10 people, The style is typical Floridian, This Luxury accommodation is decorated in beautiful pastel shades.

The comfortable lounge is the place for those relaxing quiet moments, it affords a view of the large front garden.

The spacious family room has a TV with cable channels and a VCR, patio doors lead to the screened pool & patio area, which provides a delightful setting for dining and entertaining.

The formal Dining area is at the far end of the lounge.

The pool is L shaped and has a shallow end of 3 feet and a deep end of 6 feet 7 inches, it is electrically heated for year round use.

The Kitchen / Breakfast room is fully equipped with every modern convenience, If you wish to cook a three course meal, or just to prepare a snack.

If you should need it, there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and Ironing board.

The Deluxe Master suite  which is off the lounge has a queen size bed,  lots of drawer space and dressing table and large walk in closet also cable TV. The bathroom is complete with vanity unit, and Roman tub and a separate toilet and shower room.    

There are 3 further bedrooms on the other side of the villa, one with double bed, the other two with 2 singles. Next to the bedroom with the double bed you will find the other bathroom which has a vanity unit  toilet and a bath with shower.

All bed linen, towels and face cloths are provided for your personal use.
