Sunridge Woods is situated in a quiet location, the situation of the home is idyllic with a west facing pool. The villa is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Orlando. We are within 30 mins of Orlando airport and 10 mins from Disney, both routes are easy to follow.
The villa is fully equipped for 8 people and is extremely spacious, comfortable and luxurious.
From the double front doors you enter the hallway, on your left is a laundry room complete with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
On your right is the lounge which overlooks the front garden. The floral sofa converts to a bed and has two contrasting chairs to have those quiet moments to relax or even read the book that you promised yourself.
From the lounge you walk into the formal dining room with a stone based glass top table with matching floral chairs which overlooks the pool area.
Turn left from the dining room you walk into the kitchen diner. This has a table four chairs and two bar stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee percolator, knife sharpener/opener, tea pot and kettle. There is crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook or just prepare a snack.
Our spacious family room for relaxing in comfort has a television (cable) and CD, radio cassette player also a large sofa and matching chairs with patio doors onto the pool deck.
The deluxe master bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of draw space, colour TV and has a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower cubicle, bath, double vanity unit, hair dryer and a door to the pool deck.
On the other side of the villa you will find two other bedrooms and the second bathroom.
Bedroom two has a double bed with matching units with a built in wardrobe. Bedroom three has two single beds complete with matching furniture and a built in wardrobe.
The other bathroom is complete with a walk in shower, toilet, vanity unit and hair dryer.
ALL Bed linen, towels and face cloths are provided for your personal use NO need to take YOUR own
The large west facing pool deck has a 30' x 12' heated pool also patio furniture for your comfort which consists of a table, four chairs and two recliners with stools. There is a large covered lanai. Towels are provided for use around the pool.
The house is fitted with a telephone and local calls are free. Should you wish to phone long distance, credit card facilities are available also a phone card can be purchased at most general stores.
The house is fully air conditioned, please keep DOORS & WINDOWS closed as the AC will not work properly if the Doors & Windows are left open
