Sunridge Woods is situated in a quiet location, and our home is next to a conservation area.  The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Orlando.  We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.

Our home is fully equipped for 8/10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.  The style being typically Floridian with its beautiful pastel shades, The lounge is the place to be for those relaxing quiet moments.  The large sofa also converts to a double bed

Opposite is the dining room with views of the front garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery  and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack.

All linen and towels are supplied YOU DO NOT need to take YOUR own .

For your convenience there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  You will also find an iron and ironing board.

Our spacious Family Room for relaxing  in comfort has a television (Cable) with patio doors leading to the screened pool and patio area which provides a delightful setting for dining or entertaining.

The Games Room has  an 8ft pool table, football table and dartboard.

The pool is 34’ long  and the depth is 7’ at the deepest end also it has an electric pool heater There is a large covered area 30’ x 8’ for sun bathing or sitting under in the evenings   

 The Deluxe Master suite  which is off the family room has a King size bed,  lots of drawer space  The bathroom is complete with shower, twin vanity unit, and toilet, and a walk in wardrobe.

There are 3 further bedrooms on the other side of the villa, one with Queen bed, the other two with 2 singles. Next to the bedroom with the Queen bed you will find the other bathroom which has a vanity unit  toilet and a bath with shower . There is also a door that goes out on to the pool deck.  

The villa is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT. Please keep the doors & windows closed as the AC will not work properly if the doors & windows are left open
