Sunridge Woods is situated in a quiet location,  The situation of the home is idyllic and perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Orlando.  We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.

Our home is fully equipped for 8 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.  The style being typically Floridian with its beautiful pastel shades,

Our spacious family room for relaxing in comfort has a television (Cable) also a large sofa which converts into a double bed, also a love seat to match with cushions for your comfort.

The large kitchen dinner has a table and four chairs also four matching bar stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/ freezer Toaster, coffee percolator. knife sharpener/opener, tea pot and kettle. There is crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack.

There is a separate utility room complete with a large washer & tumble dryer. You will also find an iron & ironing board .

The large pool deck has a 30’X 15’ heated pool also patio furniture for your comfort which consists of a table, four chairs and two recliners with stool also an umbrella to shade you from the sun.

The deluxe master bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of drawer space also a color TV, The bathroom is complete with Roman bath tub, separate shower cubicle, twin vanity unit, hair dryer and a large walk in closet.

On the other side of the villa you will find the utility room, the other two bedrooms and the bathroom.

There is second bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and hair dryer. There is a door which goes out on to the pool deck.
