 509 Grand Reserve Drive is an Executive 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa all on one  level for your comfort whilst on your Vacation of a lifetime to the Sunshine state of Florida. The villa offers all the comforts you can imagine for a complete relaxing holiday, and is furnished to the highest standards. Peace and quiet after a long day at the many of the great attractions of Orlando.   

We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.

Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is fully equipped for 10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.  

Our spacious Family Room is for relaxing  in comfort. It has a large TV with cable service as well as Video, Dvd and music center.  Patio doors lead to the 40'x30' screened pool and patio area. The pool is 31'6" x16' and has a separate spa the deck area is 40'x30'. The covered lanai 's are for you to sit out in the evenings under cover to unwind after the long days at the theme parks.

The Kitchen is a Massive 20feet square and is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery  and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack on the large centre work area. There is also a large breakfast bar complete  with   bar stools. Telephone point. The nook has a breakfast table & chairs which overlooks the pool & deck area. 

From the kitchen you access the laundry room which is fully equipped with a  washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

ALL linen & towels are supplied YOU DO NOT need TO TAKE YOUR OWN.

The separate dinning room and lounge have large patio doors which overlook the pool and patio area.

There is a BBQ  stored in the garage for your use either there or on the lawn (please keep it outside the screened area) beside the pool.

The luxurious master suites have  King size beds, Cable T V, lots of drawer space and a walk in wardrobes each has a telephone and patio doors that lead on to the pool deck.

The En suite bathrooms have a  large shower, toilet and his & hers vanity unit..

Bedroom three & four are on the other side of the villa, both have  twin beds.  Between them is  bathroom two furnished with bath, shower, toilet, and vanity unit

The villa is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT. Please keep ALL Doors & WINDOWS closed as the AC will NOT WORK properly if they are LEFT OPEN.
