 519 Grand Reserve Drive is an Executive 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa for your comfort whilst on your Vacation of a lifetime to the Sunshine state of Florida.

The villa has 2 master suites. One is on the ground floor the other is on the 1st floor. The villa offers all the comforts you can imagine for a complete relaxing holiday, and is furnished to the highest standards. Peace and quiet after a long day at  many of the great attractions of Orlando.   

We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.

Our home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is fully equipped for 10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.  

Our Dinning room & Lounge above are furnished to the highest standards for your pleasure and comfort & they both overlook the front garden area. 

The Kitchen is a Massive 15 feet square and is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery  and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack. There is also a large breakfast bar complete  with   bar stools. Telephone point. From the kitchen you access the laundry room which is fully equipped with a  washer, dryer, iron and ironing board .

 Patio doors lead on to the 50'x30' pool deck which has the 31'6" x 16' Pool as well as a Hot tub Spa, the covered Lanai is ideal for those relaxing moments after long days at the Theme Parks.  

The POOL and PATIO area  has a covered Lanai for you to enjoy the balmy nights by the POOL after the long days at the Theme Parks. the pool is 31'6" x 16' and has a separate Spa.

All LINEN & TOWELS are supplied YOU DO NOT need to TAKE YOUR OWN

 There is a BBQ for your use (please keep it outside the screened area) beside the pool.

Bedroom 1 is a luxurious master suite and has a  King size bed, Cable T V, lots of drawer space and a walk in wardrobes. The  master bathrooms are complete with a Roman tube bath & a large shower, twin vanity unit. Bedroom 5 is also a master suite on the upper floor above the garage & has  a King size bed, closet, cable TV, telephone. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and vanity unit. 

The Family room is spacious and has a large screen TV Dvd Video & Music centre.

 Bedroom two & three are on the other side of the villa, both have  twin beds.  

 Bedroom four has a double bed with built in wardrobe and  opposite is  bathroom two which has a bath with shower over, vanity unit & toilet. This bathroom also has access to the pool deck  area

The Games Room has a 8ft Pool table, football table and dartboard

The villa is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT.Please keep the WINDOWS & DOORS closed as the AC WILL NOT work properly if they are LEFT OPEN.
